Awaken your curiosity about the inner and outer nature of the food we eat, the wine we drink, the Earth we live in and our inner nature as living organisms. Your day begins at the beautiful and Biodynamic, Porter Bass vineyards and winery with a farm tour lead by owner, wine maker and farmer Luke Bass. A light lunch follows featuring farm-fresh fruits and vegetables from the biodynamic garden at Quivira Vineyards and delicious and addictive hand-made ice cream sandwiches from Ici ice cream in Berkeley.

Enjoy an afternoon reconnecting with the Earth in a workshop lead by Katrina Martin Davenport and Eileen Pardini, both masters graduates in Consciousness and Transformative Studies from JFK University. Deepen your experience as you journey through meditations and exercises lead by Katrina and Eileen, which cultivate greater awareness of our interconnectivity with the natural world. Following the workshop, a three course sit down dinner awaits you on the terrace complimented by exquisite wine pairing. Savor the incredible taste creations of one of San Francisco’s premier nomadic, underground restaurants, graffEats and chef Blair Warsham.  End your day taking in the breathtaking beauty of the land as we dine above the vineyard embracing the grapes, the forest and the sunset.
